We register each and every one of our clients' product warranties and provide them with a copy of their details. This is not a guarantee from any other website/ establishment/ selling platform/ dealer etc. that is not an official Bang & Olufsen retailer and your product may not be covered under a warranty if it is need of a replacement.


2. Replacing Products under Warranty. 
We will replace any product with a defect that is covered under the warranty and within the period of the warranty that has been bought from us. We can not assist with nor replace products that are bought from any other website/ establishment/ selling platform/ dealer etc.


3. Experience.
We pride ourselves on being not just a store or a showroom but rather an EXPERIENCE center! You may try any Bang & Olufsen product in-store before purchasing and you may receive a complete in-store product demonstration/ training from one of our expert B&O product specialists. We also do in-home demonstrations/ training with specific core products!
