We offer service repairs only on the Bang & Olufsen core product line, including older models. If you have a product in need of maintenance or repair, our certified technician is here to assist.
If something has gone wrong with an item you have purchased from us, and it is outside the manufacturer's warranty period, we will provide you with a timely repair estimate for your approval.
The process can be broken down as follows:
1. Before we begin any repairs, we require a diagnostic fee of $100 for speakers and $40 for phones.
This covers the costs of our technician's assessment of the unit and determination of which parts, if any, need to be ordered.
2. After we receive the item, our technician will look over the unit and determine an estimate for the final cost (rejected items must be retrieved within 30 days of the estimate date, otherwise we reserve the right to charge a $50.00 weekly storage fee).
3. After the estimate is approved and by you, our technician will begin repair work. Depending on the nature of the repair, this usually takes 1-3 weeks. We will contact you when your unit is complete and ready for pickup. Full payment must be made at pick up and items must be retrieved within 30 days once the repair is completed. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50.00 weekly storage fee.

Please note that our operating days are Tuesday through Saturday.
Repairs brought in on Monday will not be accepted by building staff.
