B&O Core Products
We offer service repairs on the Bang & Olufsen core product line, including older models. If you have a product in need of maintenance or repair, our certified technician is here to assist.
The process can be broken down as follows:
1. Before we begin any repairs, we require a diagnostic fee of $80 for speakers and $40 for phones. This covers the costs of our technician's assessment of the unit and determination of which parts, if any, need to be ordered.
2. After we receive the item, our technician will look over the unit and determine an estimate for the final cost. Should you choose to move forward with the repair, the initial diagnostic fee will be deducted from the total amount.
3. After the estimate is approved by you, our technician will begin repair work. Depending on the nature of the repair, this usually takes 1-3 weeks. We will contact you when your unit is complete and ready for pickup.
