- Standard shipping within Ontario is FREE 
- Outside of Ontario (Canada) and the U.S. is $9.00 and delivery time is 2-6 business days.
- Express shipping within Canada is $16 and to the U.S. is $25 CAD. Delivery is the next business day after processing
 Your order will be shipped within 24 hours, however, we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are dependent on factors such as weather, holidays, non- business days etc. that may affect our courier service.
All shipping is free of duties and import fees - the price at checkout is the final price.

What items are returnable?

Headphones and Earpieces:

Unopened Products

  • Up to 14 days: full refund
  • 15- 30 days: refund with 15% restocking fee
  • 30+ days: no returns

    Speakers:

    Unopened Products

    • Up to 14 days: full refund
    • 16- 30 days: 15% restocking fee
    • 30+ days: no returns

    Opened Products

    • Up to 30 days: 15% restocking fee
    • 30+ days: no returns
    • 'Special Offer' items and items on promotion cannot be returned

    All returns must include a receipt and original packaging and accessories

     

    What items are non-refundable and cannot be returned? Final sale items:

    • Free gifts or special offer (including discounted/ sale/ purchased with a promotion code) items
    • Please note: Due to our company’s public health and sanitation policy, headphones/ earpieces cannot be returned and are NOT refundable. 
    • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is subject to review.

     

    Are there any charges for return?

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
    • You are responsible for return shipping charges

     

    Return Instructions

    1. You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non- refundable.
    2. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and your receipt securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
    3. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package:

    1. Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.
    2. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when refund is approved.
    3. You are responsible for the item being returned to our location. We DO NOT do pickups at post offices. 
    4. If an item is not delivered on its expected date, please contact us immediately. Please note: we are not responsible for lost/ stolen items; however, we will do everything possible to rectify the situation with our chosen courier via Canada Post or UPS. Most items require a signature on delivery.
